Buttery Shrimp Pasta

Since being strictly paleo, I have seriously missed pasta. Capello’s has officially saved me. They have gluten free, paleo pasta and pizza crust! So this recipe uses Cappello’s linguini and its surprisingly easy! It also tastes just as great as regular shrimp pasta.


4 cloves garlic
1 lb shrimp
1 box Capello’s linguini
1/2 bunch Parsley
1 1/2 sticks (12 tbsp) Grassfed Butter, or Ghee
1 tsp Red Pepper flakes
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper

Devein shrimp if needed

Mince garlic and chop parsely

Heat 8 tbsp butter with the garlic and red pepper in a pan

Add in Shrimp into the butter and garlic and cook until done

Cook pasta while shrimp are cooking

Toss pasta in remaining butter, add salt and pepper

Add the cooked shrimp into the pasta or just put on top

Sprinkle with parsley
